What’s Involved?

A Termite Inspection is a visual inspection of the building and property for termites and other related conducive conditions. The building is inspected inside and out, as well as the roof void and sub-floor (if applicable), all external timbers and garden areas within the property boundary.
Standard equipment used during inspections are sounding devices, torch and moisture meter.  Where applicable, other equipment may be used, such as cameras, thermal imaging, mirrors and splintering devices.

The most valuable tool for a termite inspection is the experience and knowledge of the person carrying out the inspection.

You will receive a detailed report of the inspection findings and recommendations for termite management of your property.  Whilst maintaining the Australian Standards of reporting, our reports feature pictures of important areas that may require attention and are set out in an easy to read booklet.  We deliver reports in either Digital or Paper format to suit your needs.

A Termite Inspection should be carried out at least once a year to ensure early detection and adequate management of termite conducive conditions around your homes.  Termite inspections are highly recommended and can be carried out at any time whether the property is new or old, owner occupied, unoccupied or tenanted.
